Introduction

This Terms of Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Platform provided by We Can Change IT LLC (“Company”). By purchasing and using our RMM Platform, you (“Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy.

Notifications via SMS/Voice Calls

  1. Opt-In Consent: Customers automatically opt-in to receive SMS/Voice Call notifications upon purchasing the RMM Platform tool. These notifications are essential for the operation and functionality of the RMM Platform.

  2. Purpose of Notifications: Notifications are strictly limited to alerts regarding hardware and server outages. We Can Change IT LLC will not send unsolicited messages or spam.

  3. Opt-Out Process: Customers have the right to opt out of receiving notifications by providing a 30-day notice. Any notices not given will result in the default approval to send notifications.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Accurate Contact Information: Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to ensure the proper delivery of notifications.

  2. Compliance: Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to receiving SMS/Voice Call notifications.

Company Responsibilities

  1. Notification Content: We Can Change IT LLC will ensure that all notifications are relevant to the performance and maintenance of the RMM Platform. The Company will not send or solicit spam messages.

  2. Data Privacy: The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and security of Customer information. Any data collected for the purpose of sending notifications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to the Policy

We Can Change IT LLC reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Customers through the RMM Platform or via email. Continued use of the RMM Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Effective Date

This Policy is effective as of 2/1/2024.

By using the RMM Platform, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Policy.
