NOTIFICATIONS VIA SMS, VOICE, AND MESSAGING
2.1 Message Types. You will receive account alerts and important updates related to your registration. This may include:
• Account alerts / critical notifications (e.g., outages, security alerts, service issues)
• Service reminders (e.g., maintenance schedules, updates, deadlines)
• Service updates (e.g., features, patches, operational notices)
2.2 Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity, but you may receive up to 4 messages per week. Urgent alerts may be sent immediately as needed for service functionality.
2.3 Carrier Charges. Message and data rates may apply.
2.4 Opt-Out Instructions. Text STOP to cancel. You may receive a final confirmation message. Opting out of service-related messages may limit your ability to receive important alerts.

3.1 Lawful Use. Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
3.2 Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and devices used to access the Services.
COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Relevant Communications. We will limit messages to those relevant to your account and service operation.
4.2 No Spam. We do not send unrelated promotional spam.
4.3 Service Changes. We may modify or discontinue components of the Services with notice where practicable.

6.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Can Change IT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for delays/failures in message delivery.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement, suspected abuse, or legal/compliance reasons. Upon termination, you may receive a final notice.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and We Can Change IT LLC regarding the Services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements on this subject.
SEVERABILITY; WAIVER
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
