Hi, I’m Jonah, a cybersecurity student, CompTIA Security+ certified, and former SOC Student Intern at We Can Change IT LLC. During my internship, I gained hands-on experience remediating thousands of Windows vulnerabilities and working directly with customers to strengthen their security posture. I also monitored enterprise networks with SentinelOne XDR and Wazuh SIEM, managing over 400 million logs monthly across environments like Microsoft O365, DUO, Teams, and Active Directory. I led a Wazuh lab focused on SIEM monitoring and automation, and participated in other cybersecurity labs including honeypots, DoS testing tools, threat hunting environments, and data analytics dashboards. I also explored cloud-based projects like website creation and DigitalOcean deployments. One of my highlights was touring a Tier III data center, which gave me a real appreciation for large-scale infrastructure. I am now focused on growing my skills in cybersecurity operations, automation, and threat detection, and I’m excited to keep learning and building solutions that make a real impact.
